How long will you take to dispatch my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm are usually packed and sent out the same day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders are dispatched on Mondays. At exceptionally busy times, Bank Holidays etc, please allow an extra day. If you need delivery quicker than that please call 01377 337150.

What does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Our delivery rates are calculated based on the combined weight of your order, in line with the guidelines laid out by our couriers, we will always offer you the cheapest delivery option at the checkout! Standard Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from despatch, this can be a while longer during periods.

How can I get a tracking number?

We will send you a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email if one is applicable. Some of our services use Royal Mail and are not trackable, although we do obtain Proof of Posting for all orders.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Because of our quick turnaround time, please check your order confirmation as soon as you receive it and email us immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will do everything we can.

Please ALWAYS check your order confirmation carefully anyway, to ensure you have ordered exactly what you intended to.

We take utmost care to ensure that your items are fully protected for the journey ahead. Our packing team members are truly at the heart of our operation; Nathan, Alex, Matt, Rich, Chloe and Andrew to name a few know the value of each and every parcel that leaves our warehouse.
