Which Courier Company Do You Use & What Shipping Services Do You Offer?
We use Evri for the majority of our deliveries. For very large orders, we use a local pallet delivery company.
We offer two delivery options, Standard Shipping or Fast Shipping. Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, Fast Shipping usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Each shipping option can be selected during Checkout. For Fast Shipping, please ensure that Checkout is completed before midday.
How Long Will You Take To Dispatch My Order?
We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and most Standard Shipping orders are dispatched on the day after the order is placed. Fast Shipping orders received before midday are usually dispatched on the same working day.
Orders received on Fridays and at weekends are usually dispatched by the end of the following Monday.
At exceptionally busy times, such as around Christmas, please allow an extra day for your order to be dispatched.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Our delivery prices are calculated based on the combined weight of the items in your order to give the most competitive shipping cost. Please note that some items may attract a higher shipping cost due to their length.
The below postal areas are excluded from our Fast Shipping service - these are primarily the more remote destinations (such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland), or areas which do not receive daily deliveries.

Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Every order that is shipped with Evri should receive tracking information in an e-mail which is sent when the order is dispatched. Orders which are being shipped with the local pallet company will not receive an automated e-mail, but tracking information is available by contacting our Customer Services Team via our Contact Us page.
How Can I Track My Order?
You can easily track your order by visiting the Evri website and clicking the "Track" tab on the right-hand side of the page. Enter your Parcel Number and click on the "Track" button. You can also view Proof of Delivery information by clicking "View full tracking details" and entering the delivery address postcode. Click "Continue" and then click "View proof of delivery" to see a photograph of where the parcel was left and a map of where the courier was at the time of the delivery.
What If I Need To Change Or Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services Team via the above link as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are not able cancel orders which have already been dispatched. Additioanlly we are unable to change orders once placed.
We always recommend checking your Order Confirmation e-mail carefully in case of error.
How Will My Order Be Packaged?
We endeavour to pack every order carefully to give it the best chance of reaching you in good condition. Occasionaly, however, you may receive an item that has become damaged in transit.
