What Is Your Returns Policy?
If you would like to return your order, please visit our dedicated Returns Portal to arrange your return quickly and easily.
We offer subsidised return labels through Royal Mail for only £2.50 per order when purchased through our Returns Portal. Please note: • we do not currently offer an exchange service – if you wish to receive a different item, it’s just a matter of placing a new order • we only replace items which are faulty or damaged upon receipt • our Returns Portal can only be used by UK customers, and non-UK customers will need to arrange their return independently
If you are not able to use our Returns Portal, you can return your order by repackaging it and sending it to; Yorkshire Trading Returns YTC Ltd Unit 76 Warfield Road Kelleythorpe Industrial Estate DRIFFIELD East Yorkshire YO25 9FQ Please enclose a note inside the parcel confirming your name, address, Order Number and the reason for return. If arranging your own return, we recommend using a tracked service. Please keep the tracking details, as we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us. Postal charges will only be refunded where the item is faulty, where the item is damaged upon receipt, where the item isn’t as advertised or where the wrong item has been delivered. We try to ensure that all of our orders are carefully checked prior to despatch, but if your order has arrived damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services Team via our Contact Us page before returning to discuss the best course of action. We must receive returned items within 28 days of the order being delivered. Any returns received after that time will be returned to you. Please contact our Customer Services Team via the above link if you are unable to return within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned in “as new” and unopened condition unless they are faulty. If you have received the wrong item, or if part of your order is missing, please contact our Customer Services Team via the above link. Extended Christmas returns period: purchases made between 20th October and 24th December can be returned until 31st January subject to our normal terms and conditions.
When will I receive my refund? After your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days. If you do not see the refund on the original payment method after 14 days, please contact our Customer Services Team via the above link.
How Do I Pay?
You may pay by debit/credit card or through Paypal. For those who want to pay directly by card, we use a secure 3rd party for credit and debit card processing. Otherwise you may use Paypal, which is entirely secure and easy to use.If you choose to pay by card, you can rest assured that the safety of your details is guaranteed. Your details are transmitted over SSL with a 128bit encryption key length. The payment is processed once, in real time. We do not directly collect (or even see) your credit card data; instead we use our bank’s credit card gateway, which will process your payment on our behalf.

How Do I Use A Discount Code?
If you have a discount code from a show or email, simply enter it at the checkout stage and the discount will apply. Please note that postage is not discounted. Most discount codes are valid for the duration of the year of issue.
How Do I Get A VAT Invoice?
We do not usually include VAT invoices when shipping orders, but they are readily available by contacting our Customer Services Team on 01377 337150 (please select Option 1 "Customer Care") or send e-mail.
