PRODUCT INFORMATION
 
          We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the
          actual colours you will see depend on the calibration of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colour
          displayed will exactly match the colour of the product on delivery.
        
 
          We do make every effort to ensure that all sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible. However, as
          with all clothing, you should bear in mind that sizes are approximate.
        
 
          We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing
          on the website are correct. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been
          mispublished, including prices and promotions.
        
 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  CREDIT CARD VALIDATION
 
          All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the
          card issuer refuses to process payment or does not authorise payment for whatever reason we will contact you
          by email and will not dispatch the order. In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your
          information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. We may disclose your address and
          postcode details as a check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all
          times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.
        
  RETURNS
 
          If you would like to return your order, please
           click here to access our Returns Portal and arrange
          your return quickly and easily.
          
            We offer subsidised return labels through Royal Mail for only £2.50 per order when purchased through our
            Returns Portal.
           Please note: 
            • we do not currently offer an exchange service – if you wish to receive a different item, it’s just
            a matter of placing a new order
           • we only replace items which are faulty or damaged upon receipt 
            • our Returns Portal can only be used by UK customers, and non-UK customers will need to arrange
            their return independently
            
            If you are not able to use our Returns Portal, you can return your order by repackaging it and sending it
            to;

            Please enclose a note inside the parcel confirming your name, address, Order Number and the reason for
            return.
           
            If arranging your own return, we recommend using a tracked service. Please keep the tracking details, as
            we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
           
            Postal charges will only be refunded where the item is faulty, where the item is damaged upon receipt,
            where the item isn’t as advertised or where the wrong item has been delivered.
           
            We try to ensure that all of our orders are carefully checked prior to despatch, but if your order has
            arrived damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services Team on 01377 337150 or
            send e-mail
            before returning to discuss the best course of action.
           
            We must receive returned items within 28 days of the order being delivered. Any returns received after
            that time will be returned to you. Please contact our Customer Services Team if you are unable to return
            within 28 days of receipt.
           Items must be returned in “as new” and unopened condition unless they are faulty. 
            If you have received the wrong item, or if part of your order is missing, please contact our Customer
            Services Team.
           
            Extended Christmas return period: purchases made between 20th October and 24th December can be returned
            until 31st January subject to our normal terms and conditions.
             REFUNDS
 
          After your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be made to the original payment method
          within 14 days. If you do not see the refund on the original payment method after 14 days, please contact
          our Customer Services Team.
        
  EXCHANGES
 
          We do not provide an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please place a new order
          for the required item/s and return the unwanted items for us to process a refund.
