This RHS horticultural alpine grit is perfect for mixing with compost for seed sowing root cuttings and marking out seed beds, and as greenhouse capillary benches. It can also be used for alpines and rockeries, pathways and bed mulch while also improving drainage and soil aeration as well as suppressing weeds and deterring slugs.
