Outdoor Planting
Sow seeds thinly 1.5cm deep direct in growing beds in rows 12'' (30cm) apart. Keep the soil moist and be careful not to overwater. When large enough to handle thin to 6'' (15cm) apart.
Harvest when the leaves have died back although it is best to wait until after the first frosts, as the flavour improves with the cold weather.
