The anvil loopers have a simple twist and lock system which allows for you to easily extend the handles to prune every area within your garden without needing a ladder. This gardening tool has been fitted with the finest quality carbon steel and foam grip handles prevent strain whilst using.  The blades are suitable for cutting up to a maximum of 30mm diameter, and the loppers extend from 62cm to 94cm.
