These cold night are closing in, settle down with a hot water bottle, your favourite hot drink and fun movie. They are also great for aches, pains and warming up the bed before bedtime.

The traditional hot water bottle is filled in the neck with hot water and a screw plug fastens into the top tightly to keep the water in. When filled squeeze out excess air until the water touches to opening in the neck, place in the stopper and snuggle up. They can also be used with cold water if you prefer that for aches and pains.
