These sets are great for taking on trips or for in the garden if there is no access to water outside. The bottle is filled with water balloons to fill up, there are 100 inside there! You can then fill the bottle with water to fill them up, just attach one to the end of the nozzle and pump the handle at the top to get it pressurized and then just press the trigger to fill them up.

It means you just need to fill the bottle from the tap and then fill your balloons from this. Once the balloons are finished you can also use it to water your plants!
