The massage gun is great for after the gym to soothe the aches and pains away, it is also great for persistent problems like back pain, leg pain and hip pain. Each attachment has it own job and the booklet inside explains this and the best ways to use each one.

The 'U' shaped head is for vertebrae, the Small flat head is for all parts of the body in different ways, the ball end is for large muscles and the small head is for joint pains. There are also 6 levels of massage, each is adjusted using the power button on the back of the unit head, press once to turn and and then cycle through the levels to 6, each level will activate a light on the back so you can see which level it is set on, make a note of the ones that work the best for you.

To remove each head you need to pull it hard away from the unit.

This unit charges using USB, the cable is also included and plugs into a port just under the power button on the back of the unit. For first use it will need a 3 hour charge to fully charge to capacity. Lights with flash to indicate charging and when fully charged the lights will stay on. 

Average operating time is around 2 hours depending on the massage level used.
