Rockingham Forge Forester Safe D Series 7" Santoku Knife

The 7'' Santoku knife from Rockingham is a sharp-bladed kitchen knife originating from Japan, the Santoku knife is similar in overall function to a classic Chef’s Knife. The knife is great for cutting, chopping and mincing vegetables. The blade of the knife has been made from stainless steel with a stylish black finish.

The knife has been designed with safety in mind with a special rounded “Safe-D” blade tip which has been designed to minimise the risk of injury. The handle of the knife is made from ABS plastic with a unique wood effect. The black finish is caused by an oxidised coating which reduces friction while cutting, for smooth, precise food preparation.
